BILL ALEXANDER

As President and CEO of Alexander Mechanical Inc. William (Bill) Alexander is committed to the mechanical contracting industry. He started Alexander Mechanical after a twenty-two-year career as a journeyman pipefitter, and a member of Pipefitters Local Union 533 in Kansas City, Missouri. Working for a local mechanical contracting firm for eighteen years, rising to a level of pipefitter superintendent and overseeing projects locally and out of state, Bill Alexander decided it was time to venture out and start his own company.

 

William (Bill) Alexander started Alexander Mechanical in 1998. With his experience as a pipefitter, superintendent, and his knowledge of business, he has grown Alexander Mechanical’s annual revenue to over 20 million dollars. His experience in the mechanical industry has lead the company to help shape many of the buildings that line the Kansas City skyline, such as  H & R Block, KCI Airport Terminal Expansion, Federal Reserve Bldg., Richard Bolling Federal Bldg., Liberty Memorial, 46 Penn Centre, Burns and McDonnell Corporate Headquarters, and now the new KCI Airport.

 

William (Bill) Alexander served as board member and president of the MCA of Kansas City (Mechanical Contractors Association) Trustee of the health and welfare and pension plans for Pipefitters LU #533. He serves as committee member for the National Association of the Mechanical Contractors of America.

 

William (Bill) Alexander was born and raised in Missouri, attended Missouri Western College. He is married to Wanda (Ogilvie) Alexander and has three children and six grandchildren. He serves his local church as a board member, trustee, and deacon.

TENNILLE BRYANT

Tennille (Alexander) Bryant is the CFO & Vice President of Alexander Mechanical, Inc. As a graduate of Park University with a degree in Business Management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. Since the founding of Alexander Mechanical, Inc. in 1998 by her father, Bill Alexander, Tennille has been integral in the accounting, project finance, and financial strategy areas of everyday operation.

 

As a Kansas City, Missouri native, Tennille is passionate about community involvement and volunteer work. Besides numerous seasonal charity causes, this drive has led her to volunteer with Big Brothers & Big Sisters (KCMO) and to serve on the Board of Directors for a Non-Profit football and cheer program in North Kansas City.

 

When she is not busy executing financial strategies and planning, Tennille stays active and involved in her personal life as a wife to Gerald Bryant (VPO, AMI) and mother to 5 children.

Gerald Bryant

GERALD BRYANT

As Chief of Operations and Safety, Gerald brings a wealth of knowledge in Organizational Management and Human Resources development with a focus on Training. He joined the family at Alexander Mechanical Inc. after retirement, and he focuses on Operations and Safety. 

Gerald retired from the United States Army after more than 26 years of active duty service as a Logistics Officer. He specialized in Supply Chain Management and Transportation Management with an emphasis on Procurement. Gerald has 3 combat tours, one to Panama in ‘89, Iraq in ‘06 and Afghanistan in ‘12. He also served as a police officer for 9 years in Atlanta, Georgia, and Manatee County, Florida. 

 

Gerald attended Florida State University and Saint Leo University to earn his Bachelor’s in Sociology (BA). He attended Columbia Southern University for Business Management with a concentration on Human Resources for his Masters (MBA). Gerald also attended the Army’s Command General and Staff College with concentrations in Leader Development and National Strategy.  

 

Gerald hails from Sarasota, Florida and is married to Tennille (Alexander) Bryant. Together they have five children. He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Afghanistan and Iraqi veteran organizations and serves as the 5th Grade Youth Soar Football Team Head Coach.
